A necklace is a good gift - silver is good - make it simple- the others are more dependent on size and taste.

It depends, if you are a couple and have been togeather a while then a ring would be something though she would take it to mean something, If this is your first chrismas togeather then a necklace would proberly be the right kind of presant, however if it is just a friend then I wou;d recomend earings or a bracelet and if it is someone old then a broach would be good. Hope i have been some help

I would think that any simple jewelry would be fine for a female friend, with the exception of any kind of ring. A ring is usually personal unless it is in a set with a bracelet or necklace.

My opinion is if you love her treat her to everything. lol If she likes to dress up every time she goes out, maybe a necklace something she can show off around her neck, with matching earrings

Necklace I think, you could get her a semi-precious stone which are not fake & have healing properties also. Amethyst is quite nice! (Ebay has some).
