There is a prophetic statement told by prophet Muhammed that says that a piece of carpet at your home is better than a woman who can not get pregnant.

(1) Did prophet Muhammed really say that?
(2) Is not that considered as discrimination against women who can not get pregnant?

By the way, the above statement is mentioned in many books, including the most-famous book: "Ihya'a Oloum Al Dien" by Al Ghazaly:

No he did not.
Why don't you people find some other to bash?? Is our Prophet an obstacle in your lives??
If he is false, as most of your kind say, would he make such a statement and get resentment from women?? Are you going to say he did not care for women??? Well, your kind has another accusation, it is that he was a womanizer, hence he must make himself popular with women.

It's the only way he could make a living. He was a carpet seller. His life as a prophet seller wasn't paying much.

Woman who cannot get pregnant in Islam serves no purpose. A woman is made by god to cater to men, that is why when a woman is raped she is killed because she is no longer good now that another man has been with her.

Even the most open of Muslims view woman as second class and not having near the same humanity as a man.

Woman are weak and worthless.
