Lifestyle change, you need to workout and eat 5-6 small meals per day. If you can truly make a lifestyle change and stick to it, you will see results.

I use to be a size 14 at 5'7 but starting working out and eating right and now I am a size 6.

How to stay slim? I'm sure that it is different for everyone, depending on many things. You do need to live an active life and watch what you eat. I find that the older I get the harder it is to maintain the weight that I feel comfortable with. That just means more exercise and watching closer what I eat. I allow myself to eat just about all foods (even sweets occasionally), but I really monitor the portion size. Drink lots and lots of water. I do that especially when I have one of those days that I feel like munching and munching and munching. And another big boost is to think of how hot you're gonna look after a bit of sacrifice. Just stick with it and don't get discouraged.

I'm a man ,but I believe weight control is the same for men and women. Eat fewer calories than you burn. I like to eat so I have to work out hard. I'm 44 and have had a couple of metabolic slow downs and have had to adjust my eating habits appropriately.I weigh myself once a week and if I gain I make adjustments right away.Take responsibility for your weight and health and don't blame outside influences for your condition. One thing causes Fat ,eating more calories than you burn!

There's no secret. It's all the luck of the draw with the DNA. Some can eat fast food forever and never gain a pound, others eat nothing but a proper diet and their weight sticks like white on rice.

Eat more smaller meals/portions throughout the day instead of 3 full size meals. It speeds up your metabolism.
