Some people cook it that way, However I dont like it that way. I likd to corn to be just corn and corn muffins with the ground up corn but no corn in my muffins

corn muffins are made from corn!!! Usually ground corn, but some places/people use course ground or even whole kernels for texture.

Because it's a CORN muffin and many places stir in creamed corn when they make it. Thats the way it should be made.

Not unless it was actually made with them- which could happen. Corn muffins would be made with corn meal.

Theya re trying to give it that genuine home made appearance (even though they made it using a bag of corn muffin mix that their wholesaler delivered to them.)

Some people make them that way, but, only for/or with meals. Not with your morning coffee..Kind of gross in the morning.
