The same immigration requirements apply, no matter what state you choose to live in. You are not immigrating to a state you are immigrating to a country, in this case the U.S.A. . You have to go through the normal immigration procedure that anyone moving here from another country goes through.

Depends on what you need it for, just in general you just need a drivers license. If its for school (in-state tuition) then you have to be there for reasons other than school, and have to be there for like 6 months.
