That type of pain sounds like sciatica--inflammation of a nerve that runs from right above your butt down to your toe. When you get sick, it could be the nerve flares up. If you had surgery on your prostate or on your kidney, the nerves could have been irritated that way and never really recovered.

I am not a doctor but I would say you possibly have a sciatica problem. Basically it's a pinched nerve in your low back around L5. Go to a chiropractor and tell them your symptoms. If you have nerves compressed in your spine it stands to reason that you're gonna have problems with organs "tied" to that nerve. I would start very quickly with a chiro and if you don't get some relief fairly soon I would go to your MD because it could be that the cancer is back and you certainly don't want to take a chance by waiting. I think there is a blood test they can do to check your PSA or other levels. I wouldn't wait!!! It sounds like your immune system is weak too. Maybe you could go to a nutritionist and find out what supplements you should take to build it up. The stress you're under worrying over this isn't gonna help. No matter what anyone says, why wait and take a chance? Good luck!

This may not having anything to do with your kidney or panic attacks.
It may simply be a case of a disc problem.
I had a similar problem where i thought my back/leg problems were due to other issues but had an MRI and discovered a Pro-lapsed disc. Epidural injections helped with this but pain control maybe the only effective relief

Yeah, I'd vote for the sciatica/disc problem. I herniated two discs in 95 and wish I had paid attention when it was not that bad. I think you should get to a doctor, TELL them you want an MRI because an x-ray won't show it.
Your other stuff is probably unrelated and you might want to see a psychologist about that, or a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication for you.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

i could no longer in simple terms sit down around and don't something like my docs stated. they did no longer opt for me to do something or to take herbs or organic remedies, yet I had to attempt something - they simply needed me to do dialysis! This software allowed me to take administration of my well-being. I went from point 4 to point 3 kidney affliction. It replaced into common to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in greater effective levels. Reversing Your Kidney affliction?

You really need to see a doctor. Your pain could be from a problem with the lumbar area of your spine. I don't know how long you have had it, but stress would definitely increase the pain. You may need something to help your anxiety. Please have yourself checked out, especially due to your history.

Sounds like you may have a pinched sciatic nerve... Not life threatening or anything... just rather painful. Usually it can be treated with a mild anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen... However, your doctor would be the best one to diagnose and recommend treatment.
