Well, it depends on many issues.
I would advice you to:
1. write down your question
2. check through the Internet and yellow pages and select some large firms
3. call those firms and tell them your quest
4. the ones responding, send the questionnaire, politely asking them to reply within a couple of days, if possible. Also, request to visit to take their answers!
5. You communicate to see if they have the answers ready.
6. You arrange for a 5 - 10 minutes visit
7. voila! You got it and you have shown them you are organized and efficient!
