I am a college student who has been binge drinking once or twice a week for the past year. I have recently quit drinking and been sober for 2 weeks. I notice when I am in lying down reading I feel tingly and agitated. It seems related with the alcohol abuse. I am at the perfect weight for my height however i rarely exercise and when i do these alcohol effects seem to get better. Have I forever damaged my body?

There is no way to know for sure if your body is peramanently damaged from the effects of alcohol. If the tingling and agitation continue you may want to see the doc though.

It could be a part of detoxification. If you have spent so much time being wasted, you may just be feeling atmosphere on your skin for the first time in awhile. Some alcoholics have hallucinations accompaning that. The may hallucinate about insects or rats being on them. Good luck.

Nope. It takes a while for all of the alcohol dependent cells in your body to replace themselves. Just stay clean and wait for it.
