Any kind of unpasteurized and unpreserved fruit juice, one or more 5 gallon carboys (those jugs that contain water that sit on top of water coolers) sugar, yeast, zip lock bags and rubber bands. Mix sugar and yeast into container of juice put a ziploc bag over container neck that has been slightly pierced several times and seal the bad on the neck with the rubber bands. Set in a temperate dark, dry place and fermentation starts almost immediately. The bags blow up as CO2 gas is generated by fermentation and the outgoing gas pressure prevents oxygen and bacteria from entering the container. When the bubbling is done, fermentation has stopped either because all the available sugars have been turned into alcohol or, the alcohol content reaches about 18% which kills and stops fermentation. Strain, bottle and seal the results. Congratulations! You have just made wine! P.S. Get recipes on the internet on winemaking for complete details as to mking different types of wine, yeasts required, etc.

Hmmm, you could mix your sugar and yeast mash in a cooking pot on the stove and allow to ferment. Then turn the temperature up so just the alcohol evaporates (there is an exact temperature you‘ll need to look up) and let it condense on the back of a cold cookie sheet (put it in the freezer first) and run down into a cake pan. Should produce a little alcohol for your experiment.

Just fill a gallon milk jug half full of your beer/wine, let it freeze solid in the freezer, then get a one quart wide mouth jar, and stand the milk jug upside down in it. It will take about four hours or so, but eventually as the ice slowly melts (don't apply any heat), the jar will fill up, and you will have just about doubled the alcohol. Condensed beer with a 12% ABV will not taste very good though

canned fruit or fruit juice. add sugar and yeast and cover but not too tightly, as the yeast consumes the sugar it will give off co2 and alcohol and the co2 must be able to escape. the yeast will multiply until most of the sugars have been converted then it will fall to the bottom as a slurry. drain the liquid off the top and you have homemade fruit wine. do not seal this in a bottle unless you wait another week or two or the bottle could explode.

Alcohol is distilled from fermented grains or fruits. You can add yeast to the juices or the crushed grains (plus water) and let it ferment naturally in cold air for a few weeks.
But this will be a low alcohol content drink; distillation removes the water vapour and increases the concentration of alcohol.
In Peru, the old women of the village chew up corn and spit it out into a communal pot. Left in the cold Andean mountain air for 2 weeks, it turns into CHIBCHA. A kind of beer.
Get your grandmother to help you out.
