I like a guy in school and he like me too i think or it's just infactuation. don't know, but how can i atract him toward myself ? or how can i tell him that he seems nice to me and i like him, i don't have any clue. can u tell me plz ?

Exactly like you wrote it here. Go up to this young fella and let him know that you think you think he is a nice person and that you like him. If he indeed is interested in you I'm certain he will respond the same. You'll never know though if you don't tell people what you think of them.

What is he into? For example, if he plays a sport, then go to one of his games and support him. Find something you have in common to talk about. Be thoughtful. If you find a way to spend time with him, he will notice and if he likes you, probably do the same in return.

Casual talk. Always be yourself and don't pretend your something your not. Find a common interest and go from there, that always seems to work for me.

just casually ask him who he has a crush on and hell probably tell you and if he says its you you're in!! and then tell him you like him too and arange a date:) if you dont have the guts to do that my next sugjestion is ask a friend to ask him if he likes you
