If so, it is purely coincidential. Cancer occurs from tumors in your body. You body basically begins attacking itself. You body tries to fight an "intruder" when that intruder is itself! And, it has absolutely nothing to do with your profession.

Doc8: nurses are not just women. Don't be ridiculous! There are many men who are nurses. More men are entering the profession every year. That was a very sexist comment.

No. I am a nurse and that is a strange question. Like someone else said, cancer is not contagious, and nurses are not around cancer causing agents more than anyone else.
