It isn't just men. I'm 24 and I've had gray hair for 10 years now. It is usually genetic (my mom went gray at 13) or stress related.

It's genetics. Is it silver or gray / white? Silver has more of a shine to it. I started going silver when I was 16. Check your family history, I bet there is someone down the line that went silver early. It's not a bad thing for men to go gray. It makes you look more mature than your age and could help in the business world.
Remember, don't mind if it turns gray, just don't let it turn loose.

Some are just pre-maturally gray. Happens to women too.

I think it is genetics. I'm 29 and I get the occasional grey hair. My mother did at my age too. My dad was fully grey at 28 so I'm hoping I dodged a bullet there!!! My dad was 28 when I was born so maybe I was the cause? lol

they just use too many different kinds of shampoos,,and gels,,all that evntually makes the hair gray. Apply castor oil or coconut oil..once or twice a week,,apply it at night and wash it in morning, its good for hair.
