He's really saying he doesn't want commitment, he jsut says he does so he can get what he wants. Listen to Yammaha, I know the ways of love.

Seems to me that he wants you close but is not quite sure where you fall in the hierarchy of things. The "people in the way" are probably a few friends with benefits he's not sure he's ready to let go of yet.

Its been only 8 weeks. I am sure the good time you guys are having makes it seem longer but think....its really only been 2 months out of each other's lives.

As women, we sometimes inflate relationships in to something a little too soon and need to take more cues from men in this area. Slow things down a bit (at least from your perspective) and do not hound him to be specific just yet. Just keep your eyes open, take time to see things at face value, thoroughly enjoy the time you guys spend together, and just go with it at an easy-going pace. Guys like that. Guys love when they are given space (or at least the "illusion" of space).

You probably could use a few "people in the way" just so that you don't drive yourself nuts wanting to know what he's thinking.

Good Luck to you and hope that ultimately you get HIM!!! :0)

PEOPLE IN THE WAY?
This most likely means that you are not the only one he is having just a bit of fun with.

But it is a wonderful thing that you two are having such a good time together.

FALLING OUT?
What I believe he means by people falling out is if he makes your
relationship public he might lose some of his other just a bit of fun partners.

It seems you knew it was nothing serious to begin with!
As long as you are having a good time who cares?

To bring your relationship to the next level may just ruin it.
Just keep having fun as long as it lasts.

Maybe mutual friends get do not like the idea? Brothers? Sisters? Parents? Maybe, he thinks getting with you will destroy other friendships he has with females that he cares about. I know this is true with me. The brother does not want me with her, and her family is against her dating at all. Also, our friends are a tight knit group, and us becoming exclusive would break some stuff down about the group.

Hope that helps!

He means, you are not the only one he is seeing. He has a girlfriend that he doesn't want you to have any confrontations with.

Sounds to me like he has another woman in his life. I'd forget him!!! Because it also sounds like whoever it is...means more to him than you do. Run as fast as you can...in the opposite direction!
