We mess around, Not actual kisses but sort of, mostly everything but sex. WHy do we do this? DO we love who we are with?

That is a question you need to ask yourself..
You may love who your with, but not be in love with them.. I've been in the same situation. Take time to think and understand what is going on with yourself before you make any decision

Okay, you live with your girlfriend/wife... and she lives with her boyfriend/husband.... and you both are messing around?
Okay how stupid can you two be... I mean, first of all it totally does not make sence that you both are with your companion when yet you two are messing behind you both's companions back... its totally not fair for them...
If you say you love your companion and yet still mess's with this girl.... honey... trust and believe, you don't love your companion... if you love her, you wouldn't even do this to her... you digg?
You minus well, jus' call it quits with your companion... because in reality, she will find out and to be honest with you, she will be hurt big time...
I think you should confess to her what you did... and let her know why you did it... I dunno ... she'll either take you back or no... if she does then it will take a long time for you to earn her trust back and you both will have to build that trust again...
But if you still can't stop messing with this other girl, you minus well jus' call it quits with the one your with now, because really, you don't love her....
Be a man and step up to the plate and do the right thing....

You most likely do that cause you are not as attracted to your live in girlfriend. You need to do the right thing and tell your girlfriend that you are cheating on her.
Showing attention like that to another girl should be a BIG hint in how you feel about your girlfriend. Only you know how you feel but my thoughts would be : NO you don't or else you wouldn't hurt her that way.

You really need to find out what you want from one or the other not both, do you love them or is this just a game. Think about the future and if it envolves one of them, make the right move.

It sounds like the intimacy is gone from your relationship and you miss and need it . Kissing , hugging, holding hands i called intimacy . It's the first thing to go in any relationship once you get comfortable with someone!
