Preparation H, relieves puffiness. I wouldn't use that. Sometimes, just getting more sleep will help. And I think as you get older it goes away....mine did...but I had dark eyelids.
But in the meantime, try makeup....

They have a product for this and it is the same thing as a make up that you now use a couple shades lighter,

dip tea bags in warm and then cold water, close your eyes and place the teabags on it for 15-30 minutes.

I have heard that putting sliced cucumber wedges on your eyes works very well. I have not tried it myself, but one of my aunts does that and it seems to work for her.
