well i just came out of a relationship that last 1year and 1 month and something happen between me and him that is really personal and now i found out that he is talking to all the girl in school about it and i get mad cause he is also saying that he regret everything that happen between me and him. why is he telling everybody this?

Because he's immature and doesn't understand what being in a relationship means. I'm sorry that he's acting like a baby - don't sink to his level or try to explain to people what really happened.
You shouldn't kiss and tell - and if you break up you shouldn't spill that either!

To make himself look better. He's playing the "hurt victim" card, which will make girls go "Awww, poor baby!"
Call him on it and tell him to stop it. I'm sure that there are things that you could say about him to other people, too.
If he doesn't stop doing that, make sure to go around and tell all those girls that if he regrets it all, why was he with you for a year and a half?

because he will do anything to make his image stay good and shinning, even though he needs to destroy your image for that. Because men/ boys have their pride and there is no way (especially if they are imature) they will let a story make them look bad, especially if it becomes a problem for the future gfriends he is planning to get...
They get better with the age, keep the faith !

he is doing that so he can get more booty from other girls.....he is saying that he regrets it so then the other girls will think he has morals and that will attract the girls.
