How come some people have really white teeth? Also with regular brushing they dont become whiter....What can i do?

get a home whitening system like crest white strips - this is the best at home system. A lot of people go to professional teeth whitener servies - they are the ones with that bright, bright white. You can get it from a place like BriteSmile or your dentist office.

Get a cleaning from a professional hygienist. Stay away from smoking and drinking coffee and other foods that could stain your teeth. After your cleaning follow-up with brushing with baking soda based and whitening based toothpaste. Also use the Crest Whitening strips or substitute brand....they really work!

Don't drink any kind of Coffee or Tea they leave stains on your teeth. Brush w/ Polishing/Whitening Toothpaste after each meal, or you could buy the whitening Strips from Crest.

its proven that salt can whiten them...rub salt on them and brish with ur index finger for 5 min everynight before you go to sleep..do this for a couple of days and u will find the difference...or if u r looking for commercial products use teeth whiteners..they r easily available in stores

Whittening strips!! Try crest.. you keep them on for 30 mins twice a day. They work great!
