Here’s a couple of ideas from past experiences!
First of all you can change your diet. Don't go to bed on a full stomach, because it may cause you to toss and turn at night. Try drinking the milk from cereal. That is a old time trick that my grandmother taught me. For some reason the milk from cereal will make you feel the comfort of your childhood.
Next you can try setting your alarm clock on the other side of the room! I always found that really helped me to get up and get going.
I also hated waking up to an annoying alarm clock, so I bought this cute alarm clock that snorted like a pig in the morning and it always put a smile on my face. I always use my cell phone as an alarm clock too and I change the ring tones all the time, so I don't hear annoying sounds like *beep beep beep* It's more like "I’m bringing sexy back" and that makes me want to dance or get me going for that work day!
Finally I hated waking up just to go to my old job. I just hated it and I didn't want to be there. So what I did was take and put a piece of candy in front of my alarm clock in the morning, or a happy note, or sometimes my pay stub in front of the alarm clock so when it went off I just thought to myself "Just one more week come on you can do it."

How is the air circulation in your room? You may be getting to little fresh air and too much dust. The weather change is certainly a factor, our brains respond to less daylight with a greater desire for sleep and less activity. I would suggest putting your alarm clocks across your room so you have to get out of bed to turn them off. I find a good shower always gets me going in the morning. Many people drink coffee to wake up, but that has some negative side effects.

I had the same problem, I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I get to relaxed and my wind pipe colapses which causes me to stop breathing in my sleep. Also in the mornings it was like trying to raise the dead. I use a CPAP machine that applies a constant stream of water filtered air through a nasal maks ,which acts as a stint, and keeps the air passge open as I breath and sleep. It may sound horrible but after I got used to it , it was wonderful. The quality of my life has improved so much. I would suggest getting a sleep study done to see if your problem is similar.

Harvard may have bad news for you on that one: http://www.researchmatters.harvard.edu/story.php?article_id=287
Like you, I tried for years to change my biology. In the end, I found it easier to change my job. I now have a job that never requires me to be out of before noon and pays me overtime after 6pm. Much more pleasurable for everyone concerned as getting up at unreasonable hours was having a very negative impact on my performance and work place relations.

put the alarm clocks across the room,
that way you can't just press 'snooze' and fall asleep again,
it forces you to get up and turn them off.
and then, once you are already up STAY UP!!!
