Find a German student who is attending college near you. (Call the international student office). Hire him or her to babysit with your daughter for a few hours a week and speak German, read German kids books, etc! At this age that's the best way.

Well I dont know where you live but theres a german imersion school in Tacoma, wa.

the only reason i can find that you want to to learn German is if you are German yourself and for that I recomend speaking to you child in it.
