Yesterday, my boyfriend and I were cleaning out my attic so he can move in. We found a jewlery box filled with necklaces, earings and pendants. He asked me why I don't wear jewlery and I told him it's because I don't have anything nice, at which point he asked if I'd like jewlery for Christmas. I said yes and he asked what type of jewlery I would like, naming off every type of jewlery except rings. We've discussed marriage and spending the rest of our lives together but he said it would take him a while to save up for a ring. How can I tell if he he's thinking about buying a ring? I want one but I don't want to have to ask for it ... I want it to be a surprise. Are there any hints I could drop?
