How about "you're welcome" or "anytime". Alternatively, "no problem" or "don't mention it"

You could also get creative and say: "You can always help me out another time"

Or...how about nodding in the persons direction and smile.

Finally, you can shake his hand and hand him the bill for your services.

Laughing over here! Depends what I did to earn the "thanks"...either "You're welcome" or "No problem" or "No biggie"...just depends on the circumstance.
