Nothing would change, we would still kill and maim one another, there would as now be good and bad Christians. The World would go on just as it has for hundreds of years until someone somewhere decided that he heard voices telling them of a new and better religion then round and round we will go as we have done for thousands of years one religious group persecuting another and so the word is spoken.

There would be a lot more opression of people in what they could and cound not do.
I grew up in the south (the bible belt), and in Kentucky and Tennessee; they have several blue laws still in effect to this day that dictate what people can and cannot do expecially on Sunday.
Near London. Kentucky; Mc Lean trucking wanted to build a facility there; but because of the idiotic blue laws about not selling beerm not working on Sundays, etc the trucking company located their plant in another city; and London lost a lot of good paying jobs for the people of the community.

I think that when God created the world and all of us that there was enough room in heaven. We all make our own choices. I personally do not believe that anyone on the earth is going to hell. That is a whole other question though. Yes, I believe we are God's greatest creation

Well, as a Christian, I can tell you the world would still be filled with sin.
All Christians are sinners.
Noah was a drunk.
David was an adulterer.
We are mortal, we sin. God loves His children regardless of our shortcomings as long as we claim Christ as our savior, we are saved from sin.
IF we could all do as Jesus did of course the world would be a better place. We try to follow the teachings of Jesus and we fail miserably.
I recommend reading Proverbs.

Hearts would change.
There is more than enough room for EVERYONE ever born.
Wouldn't it be great if Hell disappeared and all would spend Eternity with those we love.
Unfortunately Adam and Eve changed all that......

Personally I think a war between Christian sects would emerge. Humans always need an "enemy" to blame for their troubles.

We'd all hug each other to death, or die listening to inane, boring sermons.
