"Raca". If it is, then why is it so offensive?
The meaning of Raca also, I know what it means, I need to know if using the other words that describe it is as saying the word itself.

raca, a Biblical term of Aramaic origin meaning vain, empty, worthless. It is only found in Matthew 5:22. The Jews used it as a word of contempt. It is derived from a root meaning "to spit."

Well, the word "bimbo" is often misused as an offensive slang the same way "Raca" was misused, despite the word "bimbo" is used as an slang to signify affection.
It came from the Italian word of the same word, and it means "baby" in general or "male baby". "Bimba" in Italian means "female baby".

We should not say "you fool" or call people a fool. That is what it says.
Matthew 5:22

that word came from Matthew 5:22 and it means being worthless or empty or vain. I'm guessing it's not allowed to be said (in whatever religion) because it offends our fellow people and NOBODY is worthless and NO ONE is vain. Now that you know it's meaning, I'm guessing you know why it's bad.
Us Christians are not allowed to say certain things especially offend or disrespect God and his preachings.

I don't interpret that as the specific word "fool". I see at as the principle of not insulting people. I say the word and have never been convicted of it by the Holy Spirit. I do however feel the conviction when I insult someone.

It says not to call people a fool, and one of the 10 commandments is not to take God's name in vain.

It's not that they are not "allowed" to say it. Jesus obviously said it in reference to the jews saying it.
Rather, we should not have the mindset that breeds contempt for others, because a man speaks out of the abundance of his heart.
Jesus said that we are not defiled by what goes into our bodies, but from what comes out of our mouths. For as substances passes through the body, so thoughts pass through the mouth. We speak "from the heart".
