If it is just slight, I say work out! YOu might even be able to sweat out some of those germs! Try taking Zicam too...I hear it is great for getting rid of colds!

I would say yes based on personal experience, but don't overdo it. Gentle aerobics which raise your body temperature and cause you to sweat will help drive the virus out of your body. Drink LOTS of water.

I read an article that said if your symptoms are above the neck, sure, go ahead and exercise, but if they're below the neck, you should rest instead!
