NO. there are about 100 types of flu out there, that flu shot you would get her would only protect her from one type of flu out of like 100. it's just pointless bc she'd still be acceptable to all the other types of flu. dont do it. it's a waste of time, money, and pain.

doctors only tell you you should get those shots b/c they want money.

plus, allergies have nothing to do with the flu. the flu is a virius, allergies are things that only ur body has problems with like animal dander and pollen.

A flu shot has absolutely nothing to do with allergies.

It is a personal preferance whether or not to get a flu shot for your kids or yourself.

My personal experience is that if we get the flu shot, we end up getting the flu. If we don't get the flu shot, we are healthy. Interesting! :)

Our pediatrician has always recommended that my daughter get a flu shot because of her allergies and asthma. IF you have any doubts call and talk to the nurse in your doctors office.

Flu shots are made in chicken embryo, so the only reason not to get a flu shot is if you are allergic to eggs

She should be all right for a flu shot, if she doesn't get one from a bad batch like we had trouble with last year- or maybe the year before.

My adult sister in law was told that allergies make your body more run down and easier to get sick with other things. Her Dr. recommended flu shot and a pnemonia shot.

I would to be safe.. My son has allgeries but also asthma so he has to get a flu shot. You need to talk to the doctor and see what he or she thinks but I much rather give my kids flu shots then have them sick for a week.

Yes. The only allergen that is cause for concern, in relation to the flu shot, is egg.
