Every time i try to watch any video on Firefox it never lets me, it shows me a green jig saw puzzle piece and says no suitable plug in found when i click on download suitable plug in what can i download to resolve this problem, please help!

click on the green jigsaw puzzle
and download Macromedia Flash Player 9.0 from Adobe

Most of the internet videos and ads are Flash videos and it need a Flashplayer (Adobe Flashplayer) to play.In Mozilla Firefox click on that green puzzle you said and it will automatically download the flash plugin .If this is not workin' just download it from: :www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer

Firefox has bugs in it. go to add remove programs uninstall it. then go to http://www.oldversion.com and get internet explorer 3.2.

You need to download whatever you need to view it: flash, quicktime, etc.
