Whole milk is 2 percent fat content, then you have 1 percent, and last is skim which is almost 0 percent but has little to no flavor, you can adjust your taste to all three but 1 percent has decent flavor and still within a healthy range. Half and half is quite high in fat and whipping cream is at the top.
