Its probably possible, with a little help of course. I had a 1991 Honda Accord 4 cyl with 200k and I managed to hit 200km/h at about 5500rpm, and a slight downhill highway, took quite a while like at least 5 minutes! lol and also it was an Automatic. Also the 1991 had a 2.2L Engine with about 130 Horsepower. I also have a 98 Accord 2.3L and its the VTEC with 150HP, but i haven't pushed it past 150km/h, laws here in Canada prohibit it lol. but 200km/h on the 407. Its possible.

No it doesn't! Finding a factory deck with pre-amp outputs is VERY rare! You need to get something known as a "low to high" converter (also known as an in-line converter). Get a name brand converter only, it'll cost you around 15-20 bucks. This can be piggy backed onto a pair of your speaker wires so that you can get the RCA (pre-amp) connections that you need in order to hook up an amplifier. This will have no noticable effect on your speakers, but will provide you with the "pre-amps" you need. Good Luck!

No. Most hondas don't have factory preouts. Most OEM head untis don't have preouts. Check out www.metraonline.com they may have a connector that will split your speaker outputs so that you can use the speaker level inputs on an amp or something like a Scosche line-out converter to switch the output to RCA.

You can pick up a scosche converter at walmart for under $20.

Good luck.

No it will not have pre outs. If you're looking to install a sub for more base you can tap into the speaker wires and get input for the sub from there. But you'll need to go to the stereo shop to get a module to do this. If your not good with this stuff get someone to do it or you'll blow up the deck you have.

You can get a "line level converter" that takes the place of the pre-outs. They wire to the speaker wires (in the trunk) and allow the RCA connections to an amp.

Do yourself a favor and get a decent deck with pre-outs. I played with a lout of output modifiers in my time I would not trust them. It is just another point of failure and will you remember it's there when your amp konks out? If it fails it could damage your amp or your speakers. Good luck and have a happy and safe holiday.
