Do you cook longer in it? I need info. please!

You use it in exactly the same way as you would normal bakeware - same time, same temp. Only difference is, silicone bakeware will make your life so much easier because it is easy-release, so you don't have to work as hard to get your cakes out!

I've never used the bakeware but, I do have 2 baking sheet liners that are totally awesome! (how 80's was that?) Everything comes out cooked perfectly even and no sticking. I've seen it used on QVC and you don't have to cook longer, just no broiling.

The cook time is the same, but if you're concerned keep an eye on it while cooking: Use a meat thermometer if cooking meat, and use a toothpick while baking (stick a toothpick on the center of your cake, cupcakes, etc. If when you put it out, it comes out clean, your food is done. IF it comes out with batter on it, or stuck to it, give it more time)

I cook in mine just like I would a regular pan. My instructions did say no broiling. I love mine!!!
