It doesn't matter what airline you're flying, it's the US government that makes the security regulations not the airlines. But you can't bring them through security. If you purchase a bottle at the airport AFTER you go through security, then you can bring it on the plane but not if you bring it from home.
You can always put it in checked baggage as well, if you're checking bags. I've put unopened plastic soda bottles in my checked bags countless times without a problem (the last time was a couple weeks ago). I wouldn't do it with cans but unopened plastic bottles are fine.
Also the most updated list of what you can and can't bring is online at www.tsa.gov - that's the website for the brilliant government agency that makes these rules.

If you are flying in the United States you cannot carry any liquid that is more than 3oz onto a flight.
