I was wondering if anyone out there has a thyroid problem and has figured out how to lose weight, I just seem to maintain the weight that I am at, I work out every morning, and I eat healthy (most of the time, I'm not going to lie and say that I eat perfect!)
Anyway, if anyone has advice I would love to hear it. Thanks!

My mother does have it and it is important to ask the doctor what is the limit of your weight coz if you loose your weight more than the limit, you may get serious thyroid problems(so what is your goal of weight?)By the way,do you have hypo or hyper thyroid?

It's simple really, but not.
To lose weight you have to burn off more calories than you eat.
Try using some light weights. By building up a little muscle you will increase your metabolisim and continue to burn off calories even when you are not exercising.
And women really can't physically build up too much muscle and do it naturually, we, unlike men, are made soft to carry children, on the other hand, men do have the potential to build up lots of bulky muscles.
