A girl has feelings for me, I enjoy her company but dont want a relationship with her. I am not attracted to her emotionaly or physically though she is pretty. She is a very sensitive person too. I dont want to break her heart. How can I say no without hurting her feelings and keep the relationship as just friends.

Be gentle, but honest, and tell her how much you respect and value your friendship, and that you wouldn't want to do anything to change it. She will probably feel some hurt and rejection; it's almost inevitable with unrequited feelings. But you seem like someone who really values her feelings, so she should be able to let go and remain friends with you after you give her some time. Once you tell her, try to be inclusive with her so she doesn't shy away from you because of the awkward situation.

Honestly... you can't. She wants to be with you and you don't want to be with her. There is only 2 choices:

1) Regardless if you tell her that you are not interested or not, she will probaly say she is ok with being friends but will really want to stay close to you to see if she can change your mind. She will act as a friend but want more and probaly will have issues when you are with other girls.

2) Just completely end it (friendship also). As cold as that sounds, it would be the best for both of you. If/when she is with some other guy and happy, then you could maybe try to restart a friendship.

Bottom line, you cannot be friends with someone who wants more than you do. It just doesn't work and causes much more pain for the person who wants more then if you just end.

There is no real easy way to tell somebody because no matter how hard you try not to hurt the other person's feelings, some one always get hurts. Just talk to her and try to be as honest and gentle as you can.

just tell her that you value your friendship with her and you think it would be better if you guys just be really close friends. Tell her in a calm way and alone. and at the end hug her and tell her if her and her friends and ur friends can go to the movies.

she'll like that and she wont get so hurt in the end.

mostly just be a gentalmen.

You could start by telling her how much you enjoy being friends with her. And that jeopardizing that friendship is not something you want. Let her know that she is special and you hope she finds a man deserving of her.

Be as king as possible. Just be honest and tell her you don't view her in that light but you really value her friendship.

She will still be hurt, that can't really be avoided but by treating her with respect, honesty and dignity you may be able to remain friends. (after a while.)
