Which ingredients are used to start with? Please don't say "cellulose" or "vegetable magnesium stearate" or "dicalcium phosphate". For example, which plants are used and how are their leaves, roots, etc., processed. Are they boiled, crushed, roasted, etc., and how does it all end up in a tiny pill?

they synthetically make it in a lab after they find out the chemical makeup of the vitamin in the natural state. thats why its better to eat your veggies as opposed to taking vitamins alone.

most vitamins and minerals are produced artificially and that's how all that good stuff gets put in a tiny pill.
