YES! i paid off my card too more than twice a year btu since from other credit problems with other companies they changed my limit due to a credit check...so apparently even if your in good standings with them and they know youve had problems with OTHER companies they can punish you for it......(as you can see i have mixed feelings about credit scores)

I agree with Too late. Thanks to the wonderful administration in our country- who only look to protect the credit card companies, NOT the consumer.
You can be in good standing with one card but if you are late with any other card they can put the card that was in good standing in default rate (up to 29% interest now) and lower your credit limit. This is so you will never get out of debt (because you cannot go bankrupt either now). This is sad that this happens, some people go through hard times and this just make the hard times last longer.
Lets just hope that old trickle down theory works and those rich credit card companies "give back". Sorry that was sarcasm there.
