I've always been into sports, so I've spent a lot of time in locker rooms. I'd say its a pretty even mix between those who don't mind being seen nude and those who try to stay covered up.
Personally, when I go back and forth from the shower I don't bother wraping my towel around me--its not a showing off kind of things, just an extra thing to do for those ten steps between the locker and shower that I choose to skip... Actually, most of my volleyball team does the same.
Sorry to ruin the fantasies, but typically all that happens in a locker room is that we undress, shower, dry off, and get dressed again, and then maybe do our hair and makeup...no vibrators, no kissing, no girl-on-girl action.
I'm a nudist and I've been to nude beaches with both chicks and guys and I'm totally comfortable being nude around anyone. The human body is a beautiful thing, no matter what its shape, and I think it is a shame that some feel they need to cover it up.

I have been a member at many gyms and yes many of the girls walk around the locker room naked. Some are hot, some are not. Unfortunately you don't get to choose who you see walking around naked and it's a little scary to see a 65 year old woman naked - I've seen it! And NO we don't keep vibrators in our locker and NO we don't get it on with each other in the locker room, get your minds out of the gutter!

Those of us who are cool with our bodies and don't mind them being seen by others are naked in the locker room...it's no big deal and believe me, it's not to show off or entice other girls in there.
On the other hand, those girls who are more shy and/or don't care for nudity will be more covered up as quickly as possible.

I dont. I actually feel uncomfortable being naked in front of other women. Most always they will make a comment about how thin I am and how much they would give to look like me. Just makes me real uncomfortable. And of course there are those women who act snotty towards you because its your fault they weren't born with nice bodies but you were.

Of coarse! Why do you think they come out all smiley and giggley. My friend said they also keep V-brators in their lockers.

NO! And at my gym, the only chicks running around nekkid are totally fat and/or old. NO hot chicks. Sorry to ruin the fantasy for you.
