That would depend on how much weight you want to loose, if its alot then yes its too late, loosing excess weight takes time energy and patience believe me i know.
there are little things you could do between now and then cut out white pasta and white bread as these bloat you, dont drink alcahol or fizzy drinks until xmas and exercise as much as possible even if thats taking the stairs instead of a lift etc. also wearing the right clothing helps.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

No is not to late to loose some weight you have 11 days therefore you can make a schedule to yourself for 11 days no pizza no drinks no sweets etc. You can a buy a good DVD for exercise at home and you loose 3kg until Xmas and believe me you are going to feel great !! Best wishes

p.s A good DVD exercise is the 'Little Black Workout' its only 6pounds and is amazing (warm-up,dance,box,tone up and yoga) enjoy !

no in the week just eat stir fries with prawns chicken and low fat sauces from tesco also get wraps add stir fries or salad to them try go the gym a couple of times too you could lose at least 4 to 5 pounds if you like beans or ravioli they are very low in fat also if you like bread get some warburtons little brown loaf very low in fat and sereen bread is too it like a fruit loaf. walkers do lovely crinkle low fat crisps and get loads of ceral bars tesco do thier own they are nice inbetween meals. get rosemarys conerlys low fat recipe book its really good.
