Usually if like you're sick and you get a big lugee in your throat you end up swallowing it, but that's like the only time, I suppose but if they just straight off eat it, than that's gross, and maybe they have a fetish for snot who knows.

i dont know anyone that eats their own snot, but i work in a hospital and there is a patient here that was eating his own poo poo the other day, he is a nut though lol how sick is that?
