She could have the beginning of pre-eclampsia. Her doctor needs to monitor her blood pressure and and sugar & protein levels in her urine and blood. She could become very ill, go into a coma or have seizures if it progresses too far. Best to see the Doctor.

150 over 95 is high.. average blood pressure should be about 120 over 80. side effects of high blood pressure would be headaches, feeling dizzy or disoriented and shaky.

you should consult an obgyn asap as this could be really bad for the baby.

This is not uncommon but she should be checked by a doctor soon. Sometimes the woman can have a high blood pressure but, this should be watched.

could be toxemia. I had it along with complication in my kidney function and my blood pressure went up to and maybe even over 172 over 108 dangerously high

Very common to have preeclampsia. She should get looked at by her doctor fairly quick.
