No, I'm not a Wiccan, but I do practice witchcraft occasionally. Wicca is a specific religion that honors deities. I am guessing that you aren't interesting in religion though since you didn't mention anything about deities, worship, holidays, or anything religious.
It seems that you are interested only in magic. One can practice magic without pretending to be religious. What type of magic are you skilled in? How much experience do you have at raising and directing energy? What magical system were you trained in? What personal correspondences work best for you? Do you have the basic skills of grounding, centering and shielding? Do you know how to divine the results of a spell before casting it? Do you usually include deities in your spellwork? If so, which ones? Do you understand the possible outcomes? Exactly what kind of love and protection spells are you looking for? Surely you realize that a vague spell will cause vague results (at best) and disastrous results at worst. How can I suggest a spell without knowing these things?

www.azuregreen.com has great prices on items used for ritual. It's where 90% of the supplies you see on Ebay are from, anyway.
If Azure Green doesn't have it, then Abaxion.com will.

Doesn't work that way. Nothing quick. If you want ritual items go to eBay - but then you need to know how to charge them.

Protective spells, yes. Love spells... well, depends on what kind of love spell?
And if you're asking this quesiton here, do you think you know enough about magic to be trying these things anyway? Magic isn't something you "dabble with" or "play with"...
