The Old Testament for a long time refused to mention any Pharaoh by name. There are some references to later Pharaohs, but not to the one whom Moses supposedly tangled with. But anyway, I personally believe that Moses never existed.

The Qur'an mentioned the name "Firaun" as the leader who was in argument with Moses over the fate on the descendants of Israel, it's a specific name and only used for that leader. The Bible didn't mention it, so far I know.
However, so far I know both the Qur'an and the Bible didn't mention the name of the leader when Moses was young

Everyone attributes it to Rameses ii but the whole time scheme is wrong. The reason Rameses II is chosen is because they departed from the city of Rameses. In actuality the providence of Rameses existed in Jacobs day. Rameses II didnt become Pharaoh until 2 to 3 centuries after the Exodus.
Who says the bible doesnt match history

The bible doesn't say, and according to one of the Psalms, Pharaoh also died at the Red Sea.
It was the practice in Egypt at that time to remove from history rulers who suffered defeat.
So it is not surprising that there is no archeology records to confirm or disprove it ever happening.

Yes they were roomates at college.
We have no idea. There is absolutely no evidence of the Exodus in any of the archeological record.
