Open any folder.
Left click on Tools.
Click on folder options.
This will open a window.
In this window click on the "View" tab.
Half way down the list is the setting for hidden files and folders.
Click on the radio button to "Show hidden filles and folders"
Now you can view all hidden files and folders.
Next: Find the folder you want to unhide.
Right click on it.
From the list of choices select "Properties"
At the bottom of the window will be the word "Attributes"
click on the box labeled "Hidden" to unselect it.
This will make the folder permanently viewable for all to see.
If you don't want the other hidden folders to be viewable (Recommended) just reverse the steps in the first section of my instructions, checking the radio button that says "Do not show hidden files and folders.

Go to any open window such as My Computer. Click on Tools and that will bring up a menu with Folder Options at the bottom. Click that and you will get a page with tabs, General, View and File Types. Click on view and down near the bottom of the middle pane you will see Folder options to hide or unhide which use a bullet mark. Just mark the unhide option and all of your hidden folders will become visible when you go into explorer.

In a windows explorer window go to tools>folder options and then click on the view tab. In the advanced settings box there is a section that you can select under hidden files and folders to show hidden files and folders. This will show all hidden files and folders in your system. When doing this be very varefull beacuse alot of system files and folders are hidden which this will unhide so dont delete anything you are not sure of. Doing so could make your system crash.

if you know the folder name you can visit the page by entering the full address of the folder on the explorer address bar.
or take start > run >
type the full address of the folder.
X:\somewhere\hidden\
now you can right click anywhere on the folder and get the properties and unhide the folder.
If you do not know the folder name
take any folder,
from the main menu on top
take folder options under the Tools menu for XP, View Menu for 98
from folder options, under the view tab you can see hidden files and folder options : select show hidden files and folders
now you can see your folder.
