Candles and candle holder. Tuesday Morning is a good place to get nice candles for less than retail.
Can't go wrong with a gift set from The Body Shop.

There is nothing more indulgent than a box of Godiva Chocolates! If she is like every female I know, she could probably use a Gift Certificate for a Chair Massage, or how about

The suggestions from Bath and Body works are great.
You can also do baskets: chocolate basket- with all kinds of different chocolates- Godiva, Hershey, Lindt, etc. Include a mug and maybe some packets of hot chocolate. Tea and coffee would fit in here, too.
A movie basket: microwave popcorn, movie candy, gift card to Blockbuster or other movie rental places,
A fleece blanket and warm socks to cuddle up in.

A simple girft card. Maybe to a store in the mall. Or poss even Target ir Walmart. People love to get there own gifts sometimes. Otherwise, I'm sure you can get a nice mohair hat & gloves set from Jc Pennys or something in her favorite color!

Candle sets are good, bath and body works lotion, and you cant go wrong with gift cards. If you get a gift card make sure its one that she can use anywhere its kinda like a visa card but its a gift card.

How about a personalized business card holder, leather or engraved silver? (I received one from Things Remembered as a Secret Santa gift last year and I loved it--what a great gift!)

Something personalized, or a gift card. I'd suggest a nice mug for her to use at work. I love these Tervis Tumblers, you can get mugs, 12oz, 16 0z, etc. and you can get them personalized, in a set, etc.
