well, this kind of hard because he is your fiance. If he was just a boyfriend it would be a different story. I think the first thing you should do is think about why you aren't sure if you should go. I mean you could just be scared about him leaving or there could be something else behind your doubts. I think you need to decide whether or not you're just scared and if everything is happening too fast for you. It could be nerves. A lot of people get scared at the thought of having to move. I would wait a while but not a really long time. I'd say a few months or so unless you're sure you want to be with him. If you really do care about him like you said, then I don't see a problem with you moving right away. I know some girls who waited a month or two so their fiance/husband could get settled and then they moved when they felt everything was in order. Just think about it and go from there.

Yeah you should wait right now. I was 18 once and I was going to ask my then girlfriend to marry me and well I didn't and now I'm 22 and with someone completely different and MUCH MUCH better. Reason I tell you this is your 18. Now I'm not questioning your love just the timing if he is what you want and who you want to be with for the rest of your life why not take is slow? You got lots of time to live together. Just take the time to make sure this is what you really want. espcially since he is going in the military. He is goning to be going away for long periods of time are you going to be able to handle not being with him for say 6 to 12 months of the year?
Just wait a bit before you move in and make sure he's the one. Thats all good luck.

In 5 years you're STILL too young....I was in your shoes at you're age and I will admit I have never been in love like I was at 18 but breaking up with my fiance was best overall for both of us....love him, be faithful to him and wish him well in the military...and be there for him when he returns...Consider this you JUST are old enough to buy cigarettes relax you got plenty of livin left to do

You're 18 hunnie......you have a right to be confused. As great as it is to follow your heart, I'd also say think of your future. Are you gonna continue school? Would he even be able to spend that much time with you if you moved with him? Those are things to consider.....

You should marry him 1st b/c if you don't they won't allow yall to live together. Or provide military housing!! It is exactly what my cousins did!! If he doesn't want to marry you now then maybe yall shouldn't be together!! Good luck!

What's stopping you going with him? Do you have specific reasons to stay where you are?
