Every day. I do five sets of five on the roller. Works out my abs, my hip flexors, tricepts, forearms and my serratus muscles. As a result, I can do many other things.

i do crunches with that new ab thingy if forgot whats it called but i have a six pack right here and i do work outs about 3 day a week 20 minutes and to let u know i lift up to about 300 pounds so im basically the strongest kid in my school.

Do pilates. They work your "powerhouse" which is your abs! Its great and makes your back feel wonderful.
