I love lobster, but it's too expensive to make it a regular meal. Also I like green ouzo, that's what they served in Bulgaria. Can't find it nowhere here.

Yes, there are two options. I do not consider them expensive but they may not look affordable to some people who do not know how fast they can benefit from them.
1. Ensure - a medical food nutritional powder, manufactured by Abbott Laboratories.
2. Glucerna SR - liquid nutrition, manufactured by Abbot Health Club.
Both these beverages are available in powder form. I prefer Glucerna, which is recommended for diabetics. I do not have any diabetic problem but I find Ensure too sweet for my taste.
Both of these nutritional products can do wonders to your health. People recuperating from illnesses can regain their normal within two - three months. After that, they can slowly reduce the daily consumption if it stills appears expensive.
I am offering my comments so that you can guide someone who is not in good health.

I have a hard time finding bay scallops, ground veal (or any cut of veal), and ground lamb. I suppose I could have the meat manager order it, but then it'll be super expensive.
I also can flat out not find cranberry schnapps. I even emailed the company that makes it and they said it should be available in California, but no liquor store or even high-end beverage stores have even heard of it! So I guess I'm SOL.

I haven't been able to find BIT O HONEY candy. I'm an old schooler and found MARYJANES, but I can't seem to locate Bit O Honey. I used to buy about five pieces wrapped in waxed paper and sold with candy bars. Now, I can't seem to locate it.

My girlfriend loves cider, which is near impossible to get hold of in the states.
Unless you fancy a Strongbow at double the UK price.

Patron Citronge, it is a tequila liquor. It is made in very limited quantities and each bottle is labled. It tastes sweet, and is a nice dessert drink.
