Bombon is a type of chocolate. A very fancy one. Such a Ferrero Rocher or Bacci. Those type of chocolates are out of the ordinary. If you like chocolates those are special, yummy and very hard to find. So that expression it's a way for guys to say that you are pretty and there is something about you that makes you special. It's a good thing not disrespectful and if you want kind of sweet to say to a woman. Obviously all depend on the tone
