Oh what a fine line between psychosis and religion. I dread the day when I have kids and my family wants to teach them to believe in Jesus and God.
Funny thing is these same people will tell the kids about Santa, the tooth fairy, and the Easter Bunny, only to shatter their illusions a few years later.

They have a tendency to start the young ones off with the simple ideas. If you get it programmed into them at a young age that god is always watching you, then you will be too paranoid to even question the bible because he is watching you right now and he can see what you’re thinking. Maybe they will do a little less Jesus a*s kissing as they get older hopefully. Right now they're just really into the idea of it.
Yes, I would be sad.
I must add:
You know, when I was a little girl, I used to put milk and honey out for the fairies and I thought they existed because my mom told me they would eat the quintessence of the milk and honey. I used to say that you tell the quintessence was gone. lol - kids just get obsessed with this stuff.

Its really none of your business what she teaches her kids. If you want disfunctional children then have one or two of your own and 'brainwash' them into NOT believing. Then you'd be guilty of controlling their beliefs just as you say that she is. If you tell your cousins any different, what makes you different than your aunt? Let them believe. I believe and I have faith. That doesn't mean I don't question sources but there's no swaying my belief and you shouldn't do it to the children either. They have no reason not to believe.

I would be.
Religion is too great and too complex a topic to worry a young child with.
Their is no such thing as a christian child, for they are too young and too immature to understand it's complexity.
When they get older, show them science and how over time, science has been eradicating the need for religion.

I always find it a bit sad because it occurs in my own family as well. However, there is hope because I was raised similarly and I can tell you that I have turned out very differently than that. So, don't give up hope on them yet. Just encourage them to go to college.

Chances are your Aunt will get over this and will stop doing this. People go through phases- I bet within a year or two they won't even have a bible in the house. You should talk to your cousin though and explain that all people believe different things.

and he recommends left behind games? oh my that is creepy.

No. You should be sad because the truths that your aunt is teaching haven't rubbed off on you. Why don't you read and STUDY the Bible? I challenge you to do so.

You should listen to your aunt. Maybe ask her why she believes, etc.
A few days ago you answered a question and asked how God could send people to hell. I e-mailed you about it. And I've sent a few others too.
