Really like this girl from work.... she is infact older than me 3-4 yrs.. have not told her yet... Have given her hints though but in a bit kiddish manner like helping her in whatever way I can, making her smile whenever with her.... but this is all I can do as I meet her for just a few minutes in a day & that too sometimes.... I know she is not in relationship with any other person... but things not working out for me... :( ... Feel a little weird in messaging her on messenger etc coz sometimes I did that when she was busy.... Really feel sad whenever a day passes when I do not see her... Nothing seems to work... Please help me out... Really like her... want to atleast convey her my feelings... but do not want to hurt her feelings by doing so.. or make her feel awkwards.... Please help me out...

talk to her then ask her out tell her ur feeling about her, tell her that u like her complement her then walk away!

so go up to her and profess your love and see where it goes. Just be careful coz some companies dont allow employee relationship.
