"Store cranberries in the crisper section of the refrigerator for up to four weeks. If you don’t plan to use them right away, keep them in the plastic bag in which they were purchased. Cranberries can be stored in your freezer for up to a year. To freeze, check berries and discard any soft ones. Drain them well after washing and put in a moisture- and vapor-proof bag or container and freeze. This is one fruit that needs no processing before freezer storage. Use them from the freezer as you would fresh cranberries."

If you buy cranberries in a plastic bag, the bag can go directly into the freezer. Bulk cranberries can be frozen in a freezer bag or freezer container. Cranberries will last up to nine months in the freezer. Frozen cranberries can be used in recipes without thawing; since frozen berries will be soft when thawed, it is easier to chop or grind them while frozen.

Just put them in a plastic bag and pop it in the freezer; if you have one of those vacuum sealers that will get the air out first, that's good to help prevent freezer burn. As long as the cranberries stay frozen, they can be kept pretty much indefinitely.

spread them out on a pan to initially get them frozen. This way they won't clump together, but will freeze individually. Then when they are fully frozen, you can put them in a freezer bag. I'd expect, if you have a good bag and keep them from icing up, that you could keep them for 6 to 12 months.

Yes, you can freeze cranberries. I wouldn't let them go past 6 mo.s or so. Personally, I like to use freezer bags.

I do. Throw them right in the freezer and don't take them out till I'm ready to make cranberry nut bread.... I buy them when on sale and cook when I'm ready and believe me I have kept them in the freezer for months, many months.

Nothing easier... just place the bag of cranberries in the freezer just as they are! To use them from frozen, just rinse them in cold water and drain - do not thaw them. You can use them frozen in recipes just as you would fresh.

I've kept them for up to a year frozen this way.

Freeze them if you are not going to use them within two weeks. Cranberries freeze nicely, in their original package, and last up to one year.

Just toss the bag in the freezer (or a ziploc, if you want to use half the bag.) I've left them in there for months and they're fine for baking even in August.
