For the environmental scientists out there, why cant we just rebuild the o-zone layer?

tHE OZONE LAYER IS REBUILDING ITSELF AS WE SPEAK. dO SOME RESEARCH INTO IT; ESTIMATES ARE THAT THE HOLE WILL BE CLOSED AROUND 2031.

Yuppers. I agree. it took a long time to make the hole and it'll take longer to let it heal.
